I'm Zach, a Designosaurus based out of Dallas, Texas. Currently focused on UI/UX Design and Front End development, I'm a creative who's passionate about bringing meaningful experiences and ideas to life!
Muzeum is the online portfolio of Zach Evetts, which is me, the guy on the left looking off into the distance in a cheesy attempt to look stoic. Or possibly, because I see a street taco vendor. In that case, the face I am making is a perfectly acceptable reaction. Because tacos, duh.
Sorry, back to this. I am a multidisciplinary designer residing in Dallas by way of San Antonio, Texas. Currently, I work on UX design projects for a Fortune 10 company during the day, and by night working towards a certification in frontend web development, with some creative design work mixed in between. When working on a design project, the main focus is finding the function before the form; Every great design should have a core message or purpose, and that purpose is found through diligent research and refinement. Whether its user experience, branding or web design, all possibilities are explored until the best message or experience is discovered. This is what guides me as a designer.
Aside from work, I live an active lifestyle, playing numerous sports and running 5k races, especially the 5k's that promise cold beer at the end. Having grown up in San Antonio, Texas, I am also a huge taco junkie and an avid San Antonio Spurs fan. Other things I am currently learning besides Web Design include acoustic guitar and Spanish as a second language!
Always keeping an eye out for new creative opportunities, I'm available for freelance or collaboration on any of your design needs or interests. Projects currently focused on include, but certainly not limited to: UX Design, Web Development, Digital Design, Logo Design and Branding.
